This 143 page book is not the usual “kid-gets-cancer” book where the reader reads to see if she dies or recovers. That is really insignificant in this story. This is a personal account of how she, her family and her friends deal with her treatment and the side effects. It is all about the journey, not the ending. Although short, this book is deals with a mature topic.
